Our Passion is Indulging Yours.

Fathers & Sons is a family-owned and -operated dealer group specializing in the sales and service of Porsche, Audi, Volvo, Saab, Volkswagen, and Kia vehicles in West Springfield and Toyota, Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles in Greenfield. Founded in 1974 by Robert Cartelli whose father, Dominick, owned Cartelli Pontiac in the 1950’s, the business is now in its third generation of ownership. Owner, President, and General Manager, Damon Cartelli oversees the daily functioning of the organization and along with his sister, Kim, Director of Marketing, strive in their individual roles to offer the utmost in customer satisfaction. The Cartelli family takes pride in the quality reflected in the cars they offer and the people they employ, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years - a fact which is both appreciated by repeat customers and is a testament to the culture of the business. Fathers & Sons' dealerships are committed to not only meeting but exceeding all expectations.

Robert Cartelli's philosophy has always been "a good measure of your
success is how much you can give back." He firmly believes whether time,
talent, or treasure, we all have a responsibility as successful,
productive members of the community to help those who are less
fortunate. Fathers & Sons, Inc. was founded on such value systems, and
the business continues to operate with that community-mindedness in
support of local human service programs through the United Way and the
Arts through the UMass Fine Arts Center.

United Way of Pioneer Valley

United Way is the largest and most efficient system of providing direct
help to local individuals. Through this one unified campaign, local
agencies receive the support they need to help countless people - the
physically disabled, the sick, the aged, the young, the mentally ill, as
well as those who have no other place to turn to keep their lives
together.

Each year, the United Way commissions a "needs assessment" to closely
examine the evolving needs of our community. This assessment, along with
the evaluation of United Way partner programs, ensures that funding goes
to agencies and areas where they are needed most.
