Carolyn Webb: Dialogue with a Collection
Wednesday, September 26 - Sunday, November 4, 2007
University Museum of Contemporary Art, Fine Arts Center

This exhibition is the first in a series of exhibitions to take place at the University Museum of Contemporary Art in which artists are invited to integrate their own works with pieces they select from the University Museum of Contemporary Art's works-on-paper collection, which includes over 2600 contemporary prints, drawings, and photographs.

This premiere exhibition features work by local artist and UMass MFA alumna Carolyn Webb alongside works she has selected and placed in direct dialogue with her own sculpture and works on paper. Her installation includes works by Anish Kapoor, Ad Reinhardt and Joseph Cornell.
