Born of passion and desire, Noche Flamenca was founded in Madrid in 1993 by artistic director Martin Santangelo and his wife, Soledad Barrio. Before you experience the passion that is flamenco, indulge your taste buds with a Spanish-inspired dinner prior to the show at the University Club. Choose from Sweet & Savory Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Onion Marmalade & Yellow Saffron Rice or the vegetarian option of Sweet & Savory Risotto Cakes with Onion Marmalade & Wilted Greens. Dinner also includes tossed baby greens with dressing, warm rolls, special selection of desserts, and coffee or tea. All for the prix fixe of $25. Seating begins at 5pm.
