New World tastes combined with Southwest foods provides a unique taste sensation. Choose from (1)Fresh Salmon Fillet with Charmoula (Middle Eastern) Hollandaise, (2) Hanger Steak with Memphis Rub or (3) the vegetarian option of Creamy Polenta w/Spring Vegetables and Balsamic Glaze.
