IN PERSON Stop by the Box Office located at the Fine Arts Center concert Hall Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm while the university is in session, 10am-4pm otherwise. Parking is available in the visitor's parking lot next to the Robsham Visitor's Center on Massachusetts Avenue. Sorry, series orders cannot be filled immediately prior to a performance.

SEATING is assigned on a "best seat available" basis. Patrons wishing to be seated together must submit their order together.

SENIOR CITIZENS & UMASS EMPLOYEES receive a 10% discount on single ticket purchases. This discount does not apply to subscription orders.

GROUP RATES are available for all Center Series performances. Groups of 20 or more receive a 15% discount off the regular ticket price. The group discount does not apply to previously discounted tickets.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available in all amounts at the Fine Arts Center Box Office.

SINGLE EVENT TICKETS Single tickets for any Fine Arts Center event may be purchased now or at any time throughout the season. Call 545-2511 or 1-800-999-UMAS for tickets, or buy online (see above). Single ticket orders will be filled after June 1, 2001.

The Fine Arts Center Concert Hall is equipped with Infrared Listening System to assist with sound amplification and clarity. Headphones are available in the lobby free of charge. A credit card, driver's license, or valid student ID will be held as security while headphones are in use.
