1. Application Forms in Microsoft Word .doc Format
To access the document after you have downloaded it,
you will need Microsoft Word for IBM compatible PC's. We also recommend
that you read the instructions in readme.txt
for information about formatting margins, etc.
2. Application Forms in Acrobat .pdf Format
Note: If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat on
your computer, click here

3. Pick up a copy of the application form:
Pick up a copy of the application form at our offices,
located at 10 Curry Hicks. We always have free copies available in the main lobby while the building is open (usually from 7 a.m.
to 9 p.m. weekdays, although we cannot guarantee it!), and we always welcome
visitors to drop by or call (545-0202) to arrange a time for a free consultation
with our staff (during the academic year--we are closed in the summer)!
The Center for Student Development on the 4th floor of the Student Union Building
often has copies of our grant application form as well.
