Board Members

All Arts Council grants are administered by a volunteer board of eighteen voting members, including six undergraduate students, six faculty members, three graduate students, one alumnus/alumna and two members of the professional staff. Representatives are chosen by their respective appointing authorities.

The Council welcomes inquiries from individuals who wish to serve as board members. Members are required to attend regular monthly meetings of the Full Council and at least two Rotating Review Boards, where individual grants are reviewed. In addition, Council members often participate in subcommittees which address particular areas of concern on campus. Interested students, faculty, staff and alumni should contact the Council offices at 545-0202 for more information.
