Women's lives are so chock-full of obligations and responsibilities that stress and distress. These obligations are often unwelcome partners in our day-to-day lives.

WOCLN is a learning environment for the practice of conscious living; mind, body and spirit.

We don't strive for perfection here...sometimes our interactions and projects even get messy! But, we engage in the practice of honest communication done with integrity and compassion towards others.

Come and learn about yoga and meditation, about the benefits of healthy and restorative touch, and share your thoughts and your Self with others who are like-minded.

Learn about ways that nature can help you stay well and make you better when you're not feeling good.

This is a place that's bound to give you some new perspectives on how you feel now and in the future!
