The Women of Color Leadership Network at Everywoman's Center's 5th
Annual Spring Leadership Training
The
semester-long workshop series provides a space for a selected cohort
of women of color to explore the obstacles that prevent them from
moving into leadership roles. This exploration develops internal
stability in the participants that enables them to make life-affirming
choices and take appropriate risks. The workshop culls the talents
of community artists/activists, campus faculty and administrators
and; it draws from the both fine arts and healing arts in order
to access personal strengths, learn functional life skills and develop
support networks. Credit available for eligible students. Workshops
are listed at the WOCLN website.
