-Services provided for prisoners, ex-offenders, and others involved in the court system. Services include: --Pre-employment Training Program (PETP) : A two week classroom experience designed to build self confidence and prepare the client for job development and employment. --Job Development" A personalized service offered to each client in which his/her aptitudes and skills are matched with the needs of his/her employers; resulting in an agreement which is mutually beneficial and productive to both. --Women's Employment Project (WEP): A program directed toward the special needs of women in reference to employment.
