Producing films that challenge. Films available to order or rent. Call for prices. Newest release: "Beyond Killing us Softly; The Strength to Resist. The Impact of Media Images on Women and Girls." Other films include: "Strong at the Broken Places, Turning Trauma Into Recovery" "Defending Our Lives"- Documentary about the magnitude and severity of domestic violence in America. "Killing us Softly"- Showing how media images of women preys on the fears and insecurities of women. "Advertising Alcohol"- examines the images used by advertisers to sell alcohol. "Life's Work-Four Approaches to Career Counseling"-Explores career counseling as practiced in the field. "Not Just a Job; Career Planning for Women"- introduces new ways for women to think about and plan their careers. "Eugene Debs and the American Movement-Documentary Films of the Worker Struggle"-tells a story of the bloody strikes and brutal government reaction to the American workers' attempts to organize. "Pink Triangles"-film that confronts the pervasive homophobia in American life and served to alert audiences to the danger of scape goating and violence that can occur in any society. "Rape Culture"-helps to shape consciousness about sexism and violence against women. "Taking our Bodies Back; The Women's Health Movement"-push that women should control their own health and regain the knowledge about their bodies. "Choosing Children"-about parenting in non-traditional families and helped to open a dialogue about the meaning and reality of the "modern family". "The Last Empire; Intervention and Nuclear War"-documents a hidden history of nuclear threats, violent interventionism and near-suicidal arrogance that routinely brought the world to the brink of annihilation. "Hazardous Inheritance; Workplace Dangers to Reproductive Health"-about the widespread hazards in the workplace that can cause infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, birth defects and even childhood cancer.
