The Mass Justice Project is a not for profit legal services program for the low-income community of Worcester Counties and of Western Massachusetts. We provide initial intake, advice or brief service for all income-eligible callers in our service area who seek legal assistance, referring eligible clients to other legal services programs and the private bar Pro-bono and provide more extensive representation as resources permit.
-Advice, brief service, referrals, and limited representation. For issues such as: housing, domestic relations, benefits, bankruptcy/foreclosure, education.
