The Power Town Apartment Complex consists of ten buildings:
2 for low to moderate income elderly, handicapped, or legally disabled persons.
32 elderly units
50 family units
Rent is 30% of income after allowable deductions for those who are eligible for the Section 8 program of the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.
The complex is located in the historical district of Turner Falls.
