-ICE provides technical assistance and low-cost financing to community land trusts, limited equity housing co-ops, community loan funds, and other grassroots community development organizations.
-Provides information, educational materials, and publications to the public.
-Speakers available for academic, religious, and community gatherings.
-Fosters public dialogue and social change related to fair access, to affordable housing, land and capital for low and moderate income people.
-One year internship program.
