Easthampton Housing Authority owns and operates 4 subsidized projects, mainly for the ELDERLY.
Specific information on any of these projects may be obtained through the Easthampton Housing Authority.
*Elderly/Handicapped: 151 units. Elderly/Handicapped clients pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income.
*Family/Veterans Preference: 31 Units. Families pay 25% of their adjusted monthly income, plus utilities.
*Family: 4 units. Families pay 27% of their adjusted monthly income, plus utilities.
*Family with a disabled family member: 2 units. Families pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income.
