Diversity Works Inc. is dedicated to the creation of a society where human diversity and connection are the most treasured resources. Diversity Woks helps individuals and organizations to recognize the value of differences and to develop skills for creating genuine multi-cultural relationships and organizations. Diversity Works conducts training to increase the sensitivity of participants to various forms of social oppression. These programs enable people to take steps against heterosexism, racism, classism, sexism, Jewish oppression and disability oppression. Diversity Works conducts skill development and action planning programs that help participants to function as change agents and to create multi-cultural organizations.
