The Vietnamese American Civic Association (VACA) provides services for the Southeast Asian immigrant an refugee communities of Western Massachusetts. -They offer youth programs, elderly programs, translation services and more, all focused on assisting this population in their adjustment to American society. -By partnering with the VACA, we can provide outreach into the Vietnamese community and work toward mutual goals.
