This program helps Hampden County residents reduce heating and cooling costs by making home more energy efficient. From weather-stripping doors and windows, insulating hot water tanks, attics and walls, to air sealing and hating system analysis, we help families keep comfortable all year long. We also install energy efficient lighting for qualified clients. -Ideal for low-income families, the elderly, people with disabilities, and families with small children.
