MCDI addresses the needs of unemployed and underemployed residents in the Pioneer Valley through its academic and technical training programs and courses.
Locations in Springfield, Holyoke, Westfield are on PVTA routes.
The training are comprehensive (8 weeks to 42 weeks).
Academic studies are available to complement technical programming.
Supportive services include: assessment, counseling, personal development seminars, world of work, job placement, follow-up.
