Child Care Outlook, a program of Community Action, is the Child Care Resource and Referral Agency serving Hampshire and Franklin Counties, and the North Quabbin Area. We provide families with information on selecting the best child care situation for their children and refer them to child care providers who best meet their criteria. Child Care Outlook has an extensive database with information on child care providers such as cost, hours, curriculum, available openings, and provider education. We can also help with parenting information. This referral service is free.
Child Care Outlook also has some funding available to help parents pay for child care. For information, call our Parent Services number in your area.
Child Care Outlook provides training opportunities for child care providers to further their professional development, from workshops to college courses. They also have a lending library with a variety of curriculum resources for parents and child care providers. Call the training department for more information.
