Being a parent at home with a very young child can be isolating at times. Parents need a place where they can be with other parents and also share fun and stimulating activities with their children. The Franklin County Family Network brings these parents together with early childhood educators and other community members to create such opportunities. This program is a parent-driven collaboration of five geographically-based councils in Franklin County that provides support and programming for 0-4 year olds and their caregivers.
