DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
-Provides nutritionist-designed meals; 3 meals for 3 days
-Those who want food assistance can receive 3-day meals every 3 months, or 4 times a year.
-A letter of referral from a social service agency, church, synagogue, or other reputable source is required.
-The referring agency should call before the client comes to ensure prompt service by 12 noon.
-Site is physically accessible
