Description of Service:
-The members of the National Network of Abortion Funds all provide direct financial aid in the form of loans and/or grants to low-income women and girls seeking to terminate pregnancy.
-Some abortion funds provide additional assistance for a variety of associated needs, including pregnancy testing, ultrasound, contraception, child care, transportation and lodging, as well as information and referrals.
-Funds serve women in limited geographic areas, and draw their funding from these communities as well. Two member funds provide funding without geographic restrictions.
