DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Outreach, public education, leadership development, organizing around public policy issues that are important to women. To organize women from diverse communities to have meaningful and an effective voice in the making of public policy in Massachusetts. -Paid Family Leave Campaign: WSLN is organizing a grassroots constituency led by owmen to pass new family and medical leave legislation. We support public policy that allows all workers time off due to family and medical emergencies, and includes a wage replacement. -Welfare Office Outreach -legislative mentoring -advocacy
