FSAP is an assessment, brief counseling, and referral services for UMass and Amherst College faculty and staff. confidential resource for all faculty, staff and family members. Clients seen without appointment in emergencies. Free to UMass and Amherst College faculty and staff. Average of 1-2 days between call to make appointment and the appointment. Average length of an appointment is 1 hour.
