-For people who are on low or fixed income, or do not have dental insurance. Does not have to be senior citizen, anyone eligible.
-Must qualify for the program by calling 800# to ask for an application to be sent; include self-addressed stamped envelope. Dentists are in local area.
-Dentist meets client first to determine needs; If client agrees to have dentist perform needed work, fee/payment plan is worked out individually.
