- Association dedicated to provide support for Alzheimer's patients and their families. Support groups provide a forum for family members and friends of people with Alzheimer's disease to share feelings, concerns, information and support. The groups are free and open to the public. Please call the support group contact person for further information. Alzheimer's Association also offers care consultation, educational programs, and a 24/7 help line. - Leading national organization providing support, care, and research for Alzheimer's patients.
