Provides direct representation to individuals with disabilities who reside in psychiatric hospitals and in the community; law reform litigation and initiatives on disability issues in Massachusetts and other states; back-up and support to other legal services and protection and advocacy programs representing people with disabilities. -Protection and Advocacy Project: Representation of residents of psychiatric hospitals, with offices at each of the following sites: Bay Cove Mental Health Center, Bridgewater State Hospital, Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center, Taunton, Westboro, and Worcester state hospitals.
