Description of Services: to facilitate the basic human right of individuals with severe disabilities to live as independent and as productive a life in the community as possible.

- Public Information Service: information, newsletter, library,
- Counseling Services
-Skills Training
-Self Advocacy Group: this group attempts to enhance the network of disabled people in Berkshire County so that they can become community leaders and work to remove environmental and systematic barriers in society.
