Program/Service Notes:
Assists students, faculty, and staff with problems including interpersonal conflicts, personnel issues, administrative matters, academic disputes, and ethical concerns. Helps resolve conflicts impartially without judging, rewarding or punishing parties; mediates disputes; facilitates communication, provides appropriate information and referral to grievance procedures and other services, investigates claims of unfair treatment or erroneous procedure, etc.
