Program/Service Notes:
CSHRC is primarily a housing rental/information center for the community. CSHRC is a: - rental listing service for anyone who needs or is offering housing - counseling center where renters receive counseling on landlord/tenant issues - grievance office with advocacy and support for anyone who feels they have been unfairly denied access to housing -fuel (oil) buying service (PVOC) that permits individuals, households and businesses to purchase at reduced costs -Home Sharing Program that matches homeowners who need services with tenants who provide services in exchange for no or reduced rent.
