-Confidential shelter -Counseling -Advocacy -Educational -Support services for battered or abused women and their children -Welfare advocacy -Help determine eligibility for social services -Help with filling out forms -Accompany women to the welfare office, at times -Peer support counseling -Support groups -Women's Emergency Fund -Community education -Information and referral -Housing advocacy Legal advocacy: Accompany women to court for custody hearings, 209A, etc. Note: Accessible by wheelchair. Support group meeting space is NOT wheelchair accessible. Western Mass Legal Services Lawyer is available in our office one afternoon per week and is available for consultation at other times.
