Inspiring and Motivating a positive body image, good nutritional practices, self-help support, mind/body harmony, self-love and acceptance and a healthy relationship with food.
Services Include:
1. Consultations- One-to-one meetings to achieve inner awareness. These personal sessions offer support, feedback, and exercises that help you identify and explore your concerns.
2. Support Groups/ Workshops- Ten-week structured groups designed to network for participants, and a trusting atmosphere in which feelings and thoughts can be shared.
3. Lending Library- Books, articles and other resources for your enrichment and enjoyment.
4. Community Education- For community groups, schools and other organizations seeking information, referrals or speakers on eating disorders.
5. Will work with professionals, parents, spouses, friends, relatives, and any significant other concerning the issues around eating disorders.
