-The Adoption Resource Center's mission is to bring children and families together, nationally and throughout the world
-Brightside reaches into China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan ad Poland, where there are many infants and children available for adoption both by couples and individuals.
-ARC facilitates other international adoptions as well, by providing home studies and post-placement services, while referring to other agencies with solid foreign programs for placement.
-If ARC can't provide the international services you need, they will find an agency that can.
