Fit Together is an innovative wellness center open to the public. Priority is given to meeting the needs of people with developmental and emotional challenges through personalized attention and a relaxed supportive atmosphere. It is also open to the public offering cardio exercise, strength training, yoga and dance lessons, acupuncture, reiki, health & wellness classes all given by professionals who donate their time & expertise.
