Youth Action Coalition (YAC), formerly Hampshire Youth 2000 Coalition, is a nonprofit community agency actively serving youth in Hampshire County since 1988. YAC programs promote youth leadership development, community service and the arts. YAC trains young people to be leaders and problem-solvers in their communities and assists educators and youth workers in facilitating this process for young people. Our after-school programming provides meaningful, creative activities, free of charge, to young people. We open our arms to the full spectrum of young people in all communities of the country, especially where services are limited.
