- Emergency shelter, 90 day maximum stay time. Space for 8 families, 24 beds
- Bilingual Counseling and referral
- Legal, welfare and housing advocacy
- Child advocacy
-Support groups for women in the shelter. Support groups for community based women English/Spanish

- LEAP- Legal Emergency Assistance Program - a Womanshelter advocate available in Holyoke and Chicopee courts and Hampden county Prob.
