- This program is specifically designed to recruit, assist, and serve bilingual students at the University. Services include: Mentor program - helps the freshman students transition to university life Social and Cultural Activities Computer lab and study centers - offer a comfortable learning and working environment with internet access and laser printer, open 9 - 5, Mon-Fri ALANA Job Fair and career workshops - to promote career opportunities for minority students Community Service opportunities - to recruit prospective students Counselors - to help you cope with personal matters, university regulations and procedures, academic and financial aid issues and offer referrals when appropriate
