Program/Service Notes:
The Everywoman's Center has four programs: - Resource and Referral provides women and men with legal and health referrals, general information, a calendar of events, a job bank book, a lending library, and much more. - Educator/Advocate Program provides workshops on many issues related to violence against women, including media images, child sexual abuse, and date rape. Also has a Teen Education Specialist on staff for teen education issues. - Counselor Advocates provides rape crisis hotline, short term counseling for women survivors of violence and support groups. Also has a Teen Crisis Specialist for all teen related issues. - Counseling Program, providing free short term general counseling for women and couples. - Volunteer/internship opportunities available.
