Program/Service Notes:
This 10 week support group for survivors of rape, sexual assault and child sexual abuse. Explore healing with other survivors in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space. Topics of the group include: Coping, Triggers, Self-Care, Shame, Self-worth, Isolation, Relationships and Breaking Silence. We will start the group when we have enough participants.
