Movement and Pilates Center offers strength training, stretching, Pilates, Yoga, stress reduction methods, and dance programs. These programs are for adults, parents and child, and teenagers. We are currently seeking funds to support these programs to enable lower income people to attend, and t be able to offer these programs to Community service organizations
