The R.A.D. System/Program is designed to teach women about awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance while progressing into the basics of hands-on defense training. The R.A.D. System's objective is to "develop and enhance the options of self-defense, so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked".
