-To assist Vietnamese refugees and immigrants in their search for a life in liberty and dignity; by empowering, equipping and organizing Vietnamese American communities in their progress toward self-sufficiency -Information, assistance and referral to community services for Vietnamese Americans residing in greater Springfield. -Vietnamese Mother's Group - monthly meetings of peer support group for Vietnamese women with children and grandchildren.
