The Sunderland Center for Positive Change, Inc., a nonprofit organization, has been developed to respond to the desire of persons to make positive changes within their lives. the wide variety of services and programs offered reflects a broad range of needs. From Consulting, Tutoring and Caregiving, to Job-Matching and Support Groups, to Adult Day Care; from Transitional and Life Skills Coaching to Space for your program, The Center for Positive Change is available to individuals, families, businesses, And programs in Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin Counties and beyond.
The Center for Positive Change offers several programs:
