The Department of Early Education and Care is administering a myriad of grants to improve early education and care and meet the special needs of young children. EEC grants help support the social and emotional development of children, school readiness preparation, personnel training and technical assistance, and strengthen parent participation in the learning community. -Current grant programs include Community Partnerships for Children, Early Childhood Special Education, Massachusetts Family Network, Head Start Supplemental Salary, Head Start Expansion Grant, Parent-Child Home Program. -Grant Form and Reports are available for download on our website.
