Gift from within is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to those who suffer post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD, those at risk for PTSD, and those who care for traumatized individuals. Gift from Within also has resources for mental health professionals. -**The services are offered online**. -Many of the members are survivors of abuse and have various traumatic stress symptoms including anxiety, nightmares ad flashbacks. -Other services include online support groups and educational material such as articles, videotapes, a poetry & art gallery, Q&A on trauma, and other resources for clinicians, friends, families, and those experiencing PTSD.
