Program/Service Notes:
In communities across America, The National Center on Family Homelessness gathers information necessary to understand the causes and effects of family homelessness. Using this knowledge, we design and implement innovative programs that provide immediate support and long-term solutions. Since its founding in 1988, The Center has collaborated with service providers, research organizations, advocacy groups, governmental agencies, policymakers, and homeless families. The Center's dedication to rigorous scientific methods is balanced by a deep sensitivity to those whose lives it is working to improve.
