Program/Service Notes:
The Dean of Students Office helps students resolve University related problems. Students who need help in negotiating our large campus can seek the advice of the Dean of Students, several professional associates, other full time staff and student employees. The staff is available to answer questions, advocate of behalf of students, or to point student and their families in the right direction to get problems solved. SERVICES -a single point of contact within the University for students and their families in times of crisis -counseling and referral for students contemplating withdrawal from or re-enrollment at the University -implementing and monitoring the University Judicial System -addresses Massachusetts residency issues -emergency loans available for students
