Eligibility: Need to make an appointment. Clients seen without appointment in emergency, must call first.
Fees: As of 2002, $60 for consultation and office visits. $115-$235 for tooth extractions. Full payment upon visit. NO sliding fee. Accept Medicaid/Medicare, Workers Comp, credit cards, will bill most insurance plans.

Credit Card accepted, no sliding scale or payment installment options. On bus line, wheelchair accessible, and Spanish is spoken on some days.
