We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing emotional, educational, social and spiritual support to people with cancer and their families and friends.
Staffed by volunteers and professionals who have personally experienced the effect of cancer in their lives, the Cancer House of Hope offers an accessible, comfortable and non-institutional setting to which people living with cancer and their families and friends can come for support.
All of our services are free-of-charge. No referral from a physician or other health care provider is necessary to use the services at Cancer House of Hope.
Cancer House of Hope offers a variety of support groups, relaxation groups, information, and community. Seasonal buffets;
Outdoor activities; Lectures and workshops scheduled throughout the year;
Monthly newsletter; Access to Internet, book, and community resources.
SUPPORT GROUPS: A Recent Diagnosis of Cancer; All Cancers; Breast Cancer; Families and Friends; Exploring Spirituality; Coming to Terms; Men with Cancer; Bereavement; Cancer Conqueror Self-help group; What Now? When Treatment Ends.
RELAXATION: Relaxation Groups; Reiki Therapy; Kripalu Yoga.
